In April, the Solutions team at Selectron welcomed two new Marketing and Solutions Analysts: Sara Werner and Alex Phelps. These two provide a wealth of experience that allows Selectron to continue offering strong communication and support to both our organization and customers.
The Solutions Team is the liaison between major cornerstones of the organization, facilitating cohesion between Sales, Operations, and Project Management. This department is led by the “Four C’s:” Create, Communicate, Champion, and Collaborate.
Senior Product Managers Kate Greenseth and Andy Bednarz are driven by their experience in software development and as creatives. When creating and implementing new solutions, they direct the User Experience (UX) to provide the user-friendly and intuitive functionality that our customers love.
The Solutions Team is continually looking toward the next great innovation to help our customers. New product development begins with this team, taking in ideas internally and from our customers, to improve how our customers do business every day.
Graphic Designer Brina Lane uses her skills to boldly display our company’s message across many media, from tradeshow banners to brochures. Brina works closely with Corporate Communications Specialist Blix Smith, collaborating on marketing materials that educate and inspire our current and future customers.
Marketing Analysts Alex Phelps and Sara Werner are newly added to the team, weaving leadership’s strategic direction into our communications with our customers.
Everyone on this team is focused on the solutions and services that Selectron offers. We are champions for our customers, knowing that the crucial work you do supports your communities.
“I take a lot of pride in the fact that Selectron exclusively works with government agencies. I know that our solutions are helping to make a positive impact on the day-to-day-experience in people’s lives.” -Blix Smith
Collaboration is present in every aspect of the Solutions team. It is the element that allows the team to create cohesion between departments and to bring our collective best to every project.
“It is common to have members of the team working on a new banner for a tradeshow, a comprehensive UI design document, and an RFP response simultaneously. These are all collaborative processes, and my goal is to keep an eye on the big picture and facilitate the collaboration necessary in whatever way I can.” – Kate Greenseth
