Welcome Back to Selectron Alex Purdie

We are excited to announce and welcome back another familiar face. Alex Purdie first joined the organization in 2008, traveling around the country with the IT team to help install physical IVR servers on location for our customers. By 2012 he was helping with internal IT projects, including the launch of our first data center. Alex contributed to Selectron’s shift towards offering managed services, which was an evolution that has led our organization to where it is today.

Needless to say, we are thrilled to have him back on the team. Since his time with Selectron, he has been expanding his skillset, providing even more to benefit our customers.

“In my years since Selectron, I’ve been working in Technical Project Management and Product Management with stops at Umpqua Bank, Nike, and T-Mobile. For the last 4 years, I’ve been working most on Cyber Security projects.”

Alex’s experience and expertise will allow the organization to continue offering best-in-class service while supporting managed data services as our company grows and evolves.

Bob Ristau, VP of Operations, worked with Alex during his first tenure with the company and understands the significance of his return.

“Alex returns to the Selectron family in a key role to facilitate continued growth in our hosted business. Many of Selectron’s clients will remember Alex’s smile and laughter from his previous tenure as our on-site installation and training specialist. Since leaving the Pacific Northwest and Selectron in 2012, Alex has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies on technology and security initiatives. I am excited to have the opportunity to work alongside Alex again, and for him to apply his knowledge, skillset, and client focus to our products and platforms.”

We are so grateful to have this trusted Senior Technical Project Manager on the team. And happily, the feeling is mutual.

“I am glad to return to a close-knit and highly supportive company.”

Welcome back, Alex!
