It’s hard to believe that it has been almost 28 years since Selectron first partnered with Lee County. Selectron has been a part of this community for a long time, and we are proud to have continued our partnership through the County’s growth. It has been an honor to have been entrusted with many of their important projects.
Selectron began providing Lee County with an IVR permitting solution in 2004. As the years progressed, the County added a web-based permitting solution, creating two communication platforms to serve their citizens better. Continuing with their dedication to efficiency, Lee County recently added SelecTXT to their list of communications solutions. SelecTXT allows contractors to schedule inspections easily through interactive text messaging. Lee County has also begun the process of implementing Atlas Insight and Inspections. With these solutions, Lee County’s Inspection Supervisors and Inspectors can improve operational efficiency by simplifying the inspection coordination process. Using simple drag-and-drop interactions, users can balance workloads and manage Inspection assignments.
In addition to providing innovative solutions to Lee County, Selectron is also dedicated to providing best-in-class customer service and forming lasting relationships with our customers. This commitment has allowed us to form relationships with customers like Lee County, who trust us to provide reliable and innovative products and services. We are grateful for their trust and will continue to work hard to earn it every year.
