We’re delighted to share the successes of San Diego County with you. The County recently decided to move from a third-party company who was hosting their IT service and Selectron Permitting solution to Selectron’s hosted environment and Relay platform. By consolidating their solution under one environment, we were able to lessen the burden on their staff.

This move also provided a myriad of benefits for the County, including proactive monitoring of the solution, quick and efficient response times for any issues with the solution or connectivity, and an overall cost savings. The County was pleased with the results, especially with how smoothly and quickly the transition was completed. A large part of this success was due to a true partnership with the customer in transitioning services over to Selectron’s hosted team.
